Bloppy Pants (alternately spelled Bloppypants) is a secondary character from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He is a very nervous cat friend who is also the lead singer of the band Pizza Party.

Appearance[]

Bloppy Pants resembles a grey cat. He usually wears a brownish-orange scarf, a grey shirt with long sleeves, black pants, and black shoes. His whiskers often look curly and unbrushed. On the back of his head are two black stripes.

History[]

Bloppy Pants has made many cameos throughout the series but didn't seem to have very much character development until season five. His first notable role was in "Schlock Star". Bloppy Pants forms a band with Fluffer Nutter, Yogi Boo Boo, and Billy the Squid, called Pizza Party, singing a song called "Talk to the Jeans". Bloppy Pants, despite his shy personality, becomes the lead singer for the band and doesn't suffer from stage fright.

Bloppy Pants' second notable role was in "Read 'Em and Weep", where he continuously sends letters back to Foster's describing his unpleasant adoption adventures until he eventually could no longer take the pressures of living in the outside world and brings all of the recently adopted friends back to Foster's, in some cases rescuing them from certain doom (e.g. Jackie Khones and Sam Burger).

In "Bad Dare Day", Preparation Ape dared Bloppy Pants to slap one of his friends on the buttocks. Bloppy Pants proceeds to do so to Frankie Foster, and then dares Preparation Ape to lay out by the pool without using sunscreen. Preparation Ape fails, and Bloppy Pants is declared the winner for that round of the Foster's Dare Cup. The same episode reveals that he cooks Mexican food, of which Gumbo finds unappetizing and refuses to eat.
