Moishe is a dreidel imaginary friend with arms and a face on the dreidel's handle. He wears a blue yamika with dreadlocks and, at night, a pink robe.
History[]
Upon hearing that Mr. Herriman sets aside enough money to provide everyone in the house with one Christmas present, Bloo is disappointed, thinking that everyone would receive eight presents. Moishe then explains that rule only applies to him, presumably because he is the only friend at Foster's who celebrates Hanukkah. Later on in the episode, Bloo expresses his disappointment that he will only receive one Christmas present due to being convinced that Santa isn't real. Moishe walks by and reminds Bloo once again that the former will receive eight presents instead of one.
