"Where There's a Wilt, There's a Way" is the first half of the third episode in the second season of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and the 16th episode of the series.

Mac, Bloo, and Wilt are sitting down to watch a basketball game. Wilt is very excited, declaring that nothing will prevent him from watching his favorite team play. Bloo quickly runs out of chips and waves his empty bowl in front of Wilt's face. Wilt offers to get more chips for Bloo and heads to the pantry. After getting the chips, an imaginary friend asks Wilt to change a light bulb. Wilt happily does so, but three friends eat all the chips. Wilt refills the bowl again, and heads back towards the TV room, but is stopped by Myopic Patootie. Something is stuck in the eye on his butt. Wilt pulls the object out, while Patootie eats all the chips. Wilt yet again fills the bowl and tries to run back to the TV room, but Frankie stops him and asks him to help her with laundry.
Wilt is stuck in the laundry room, ironing clothes and isn't happy that he is missing the game, but he comes across Socket Tubey. Wilt asks Tubey to switch his channel to the game, but Tubey just starts flipping through all of his channels one by one. Wilt is fed up and says that he will refuse the next favor he is asked.
In quick succession, various friends ask Wilt for favors, like clearing sink drains and washing Madame Foster's car. Wilt is cleaning Coco's teeth when Eduardo asks what is going on (by repeatedly asking "Why?"). Wilt explains that he is cleaning Coco's teeth because he always does what people ask of him. He realizes that he physically can't say "no" to a request, and if he learns to say "no," he can watch the game uninterrupted. He leaves to go fill Bloo's chip bowl, vowing to say "no" to the next favor he is asked.
Mr. Herriman approaches him and asks him to take a newly adopted friend's luggage to their new family's car. After some struggle, Wilt agrees to do it. Once outside, he sees a little old lady who needs help crossing the street. As he completes this favor, Wilt does more and more favors for people, from delivering a pizza to accidentally aiding a bank robbery to helping prisoners escape from jail. Wilt, on the verge of a breakdown, eventually makes his way back to Foster's, fills Bloo's chip bowl, and returns to the TV room.
He presents Bloo with the bowl and sits down. He and Mac are confused as to why he was gone so long. However, the game-ending buzzer is heard on the TV, meaning Wilt has missed the game. To add insult to injury, Bloo says that Wilt got the wrong chips, dumps them on the floor, and tries to get Wilt to clean the mess. Wilt stands up and yells "No!" as loud as he can at Bloo, slams his head onto the table and repeats the word over and over, getting all the pent-up "No!" out of his system. Once he calms down, Bloo again asks Wilt to get chips. Wilt happily obliges, but before he can say "no," Bloo slams the door in his face.

- Socket Tubey has Channel 283, but he does not have Channel 8. It's also possible that he does have it but forgot to mention it.
- Wilt said that the holidays are seven months away, meaning the events in this episode possibly take place in May.
- In this episode, Wilt says "No more Mr. Nice Guy", even though he says that he can't say "no".
- What Wilt probably meant is that he can't say it as a refusal, or simply can't refuse a request.
- It is revealed that Bloo's favorite chip is salt and vinegar flavor.
- This episode has a very odd run-time of 8 minutes; its companion episode, "Everyone Knows It's Bendy", was planned to be a 22-minute episode before being cut down to run alongside this episode, resulting in it also having a strange running time of 14 minutes.
- Wilt says that this is the first time he has even said "no", but he had actually said it back in "House of Bloo's".
